I Help Individuals experiencing persistent Anxiety, Overwhelm and Restlessness move gently into a space of Inner Peace, Calm and Purpose.

Working from a variety of psychological theories including Mindfulness Based Therapies, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Spiritual Mind-Body Based therapy and Body Somatic Therapy; we will explore thought patterns, anxiety triggers and the present day influences of your own inner child.

Most often what prompts individuals into therapy is having overwhelming feelings, unnamed anxieties, undefined restlessness, and/or a confusing sense of discomfort with their life, work or relationships. Something doesn’t feel quite right, but you don’t really understand what it is.

Sheila will guide you on a journey of discovering your own capacity for healing, transformation, letting go and finding hope.
